Our Programs

POSHCOP

POSHCOP is S4E LIFE's specialised platform for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace. It supports organisations in moving beyond basic statutory compliance towards workplaces where prevention, awareness, accountability and respectful conduct become part of organisational culture.

POSHCOP services include POSH awareness training, Internal Committee orientation and support, external IC membership, policy and process development, complaint and investigation support, compliance reviews, audits, annual reporting and advisory assistance.

COSOL

COSOL — the Community of Students of Life — focuses on human capability, employability, livelihood and practical living.

It recognises that education alone may not fully prepare individuals for the realities of work, relationships, responsibility, enterprise and a rapidly changing world. COSOL therefore seeks to help people develop practical understanding, attitudes, capabilities and confidence that can support them throughout life.

4CODES

4CODES helps organisations understand and manage the increasingly complex world of employment, HR and labour-law compliance.

The objective is not merely to identify legal requirements, but to help organisations translate them into practical workplace policies, processes and systems. Its scope can progressively cover India's Labour Codes, employment practices, statutory compliance, HR systems and related workplace obligations.
