ICCII is our research, knowledge and solution-development institution. It asks questions, investigates barriers to equality and collaborates with individuals and institutions to develop practical solutions and design sustainable systems.

Our present execution initiatives—4CODES, POSHCOP and COSOL—address HR and labour-law compliance, POSH compliance, and individual capability and practical living. Experience from this work informs further research, creating a continuous cycle of learning, testing and improvement.

POSHCOP — the POSH Compliance Operating Platform — supports institutions in strengthening POSH compliance and developing safer, respectful workplaces.

Our services include External IC membership, employee awareness, IC orientation, policy and process support, compliance reviews, investigations, annual returns, She-Box support and advisory.

COSOL

Individual Capability & Practical Living

COSOL — the Community of Students of Life — promotes individual capability through practical learning and the philosophy that we remain students of life.

Through The Art of Practical Living, workshops, programmes and a learning community, COSOL seeks to help individuals navigate life, work and a changing 21st-century environment.

4CODES

HR & Labour Law Compliance

4CODES supports institutions in understanding HR and labour-law requirements and translating them into practical policies, processes and responsibilities.

Our focus includes HR systems, labour-law compliance and management capability, helping institutions prepare for the four Labour Codes and respond to an evolving employment and labour-law environment.

ICCII seeks to identify barriers to equality and investigate how Capability and Compliance influence outcomes for individuals and institutions. This is a working proposition to research, question, test and improve.

Our approach is to identify obstacles, ask questions, undertake research, collaborate, develop practical solutions and design sustainable systems. We seek engagement across Law, Sociology, Political Science, Economics, Management, Technology, Psychology, Education and Governance.
